Position Overview:
Curatorial Inc. is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable (AR) Manager to manage and maintain our receivables and collections processes. This flexible position is ideal for a skilled finance professional looking for part-time work, with experience in collections, invoicing, credit card charge processing, and sales tax receipting. Light QuickBooks knowledge is required.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently, have excellent communication skills, and be able to contribute meaningfully within a small team structure.

Curatorial Inc.'s museum-standard art services include fine art transportation, crating, storage and installation.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full AR process, including invoicing, tracking payments, and collections.
Generate and send invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on overdue accounts.
Run and reconcile customer credit card payments.
Maintain proper documentation for sales tax receipting and ensure compliance.
Communicate with clients regarding billing questions and payment statuses.
Use QuickBooks to enter transactions, maintain customer records, and reconcile accounts.
Collaborate with the sales and operations team to resolve billing issues.
Prepare periodic AR reports for management and assist with financial record keeping.
Contribute to process improvements in AR workflow and efficiency.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in accounts receivable, collections, or credit management.
Solid understanding of invoice processing and payment collection.
Experience with credit card payment systems and sales tax procedures.
Working knowledge of QuickBooks and Excel.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Reliable, organized, and self-motivated.
Associate or bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
Schedule & Compensation:
Flexible schedule: 2–3 days per week, depending on workload
$25-35/hour, commensurate with experience
Potential for hybrid or remote work arrangement

CURATORIAL is seeking an art handling and installation specialist/driver to join our dynamic art installation and transportation team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2-4 years of experience in art installation management and/or warehouse supervision experience.

Founded in 1988, we have had the privilege of working with thousands of artists, collectors, museums, universities, and corporate entities from around the world including the Smithsonian Institution, MOMA, New York, Huntington Library and Art Collections, Pasadena, the Victoria & Albert Museum, London among many others. CURATORIAL’s art services include digital printing, mounting, framing, crating, worldwide transportation and storage.
Position Responsibilities:
Proficient handling of artworks for exhibition display, packing and transport, including wrapping, packing and crating using museum-standard techniques
Install/de-install artworks in both routine and challenging locations
Load/unload trucks with care and efficiency
Communicate and coordinate projects with artist, curator and collector clients
Safely operate company vehicles for transporting artwork to local locations
Qualifications:
Physical Requirements: lifting, moving, heavy objects (in excess of 75 lbs), bending, kneeling, crouching, etc. Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
Driver’s license required.
Knowledge of appropriate art handling protocols for the installation, transportation and storage of art. Frame and crate shop experience is desirable.
Location: CURATORIAL headquarters are located at 113 East Union Street, Pasadena, in the heart of Old Town Pasadena. We are close to public transit and provide paid parking to employees.
Pay: $25-$35/hour; commensurate with experience
Schedule: Monday-Friday with occasional weekend availability. CURATORIAL office hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00—5:00. This position offers flexible hours.
